What structural problems does the imported bearing damage have?

1. What are the problems with sealing. In particular, some bearing end covers need to be infiltrated with lubricant. When the pH value of the lubricant is lower than 6, the bearing will be corroded quickly, and the steel ball cannot rotate normally, causing the imported bearing to rust and run the inner and outer rings. In severe cases, the rubber itself and the mandrel are all damaged.

2. The problem of axial force of imported bearings. In addition to the rust damage caused by the invasion of lubricants, the bearings will continue to be "loose", that is, the bearing steel balls fall from the "flower basket" to the drum, causing serious damage to the printing drum, eraser drum, rubber and other surfaces.

The general solutions are: change the rubber itself and set a reliable sealing structure to prevent the lubricant from penetrating the bearing. Adjust the imported bearing so that the bearing has appropriate side clearance and axial force to avoid damage to the machinery due to the looseness of the bearing.
