How to distinguish the working condition of imported bearings?

The working condition of imported bearings directly affects the driving force and rationality of the car. Here are 6 simple test methods for the working condition of imported bearings.

(1) Oil cut-off method: When the imported non-standard bearing is idling, cut off the high-pressure fuel pipe from the diesel pump to the injection pump one by one, and observe the changes in the speed ratio and sound of the imported bearing. If there is no obvious change, it means that the cylinder is working poorly; if there is a significant change, it means that the cylinder is working well.


(2) Temperature sensor method: That is, after the imported bearing has been working for a while, touch the exhaust pipe of each cylinder with your hand. If the touch temperature is high, it means that the oil supply of the cylinder is too large or the oil advance angle provided is too small, resulting in poor gasoline and diesel consumption; if the touch temperature is low, it means that the oil supply of the cylinder is too small, the combustion process is insufficient or not working.


(3) Listening method: When the imported bearing is working, touch the main injection pump body with a screwdriver to listen to the sound emitted by each cylinder. If there is a loud bang, the cylinder provides too much oil or the oil is provided too early; if there is no bang, the cylinder provides too little oil or the oil is provided too late or it does not work.


(4) Pulse method: When the imported bearing is working, touch the hydraulic oil pipes of each cylinder separately with your hand. If there is a standard pulsating drink touch, it means that the cylinder is working well; if there is no obvious pulsating drink feeling, it means that the cylinder is working poorly: if there is a pulsating drink feeling but it is irregular, it means that the cylinder has oil shortage.


(5) Observe the smoke color: organic waste gas smoke is generally divided into three types, namely gray black, dark blue and milky white. If the exhaust pipe discharges abnormal organic waste gas, it means that each cylinder is working abnormally; if it is discharged intermittently, it means that a single cylinder is working abnormally. The exhaust pipe riser can be removed to investigate the exhaust system of each cylinder.
