The 6806Z thin section bearings adopt a thin-walled compact design. Single-sided dust protection (Z type):

The metal dust cover (galvanized steel plate) is fixed to the outer ring to effectively block the intrusion of large particles of dust and debris and extend the lubrication cycle.

Note: Not suitable for high-pressure water washing or high humidity environments.

Standard material: high carbon chromium steel (GCr15), surface hardness HRC 58-62, excellent wear resistance.

Installation and Maintenance Guide

Installation Precautions:

Cleaning and Alignment: Remove burrs on the surface of the shaft and the seat hole before installation to ensure that the coaxiality is ≤0.05mm and avoid eccentric loading.

Pressing method: Use a special sleeve to apply pressure evenly. Do not knock on the side of the dust cover to prevent deformation or seal failure.

Lubrication Management:

General lithium grease (NLGI 2) is pre-filled at the factory and relubricated every 1-2 years under normal working conditions.

Replace high-temperature grease (such as polyurea grease) in high temperature (>80°C) or high humidity environment.

Maintenance points

Regular inspection:

Check whether the dust cover is rusted or loose every 6 months, and clean the accumulated dirt on the surface.

Monitor the operating temperature. Abnormal temperature rise (>75°C) may indicate insufficient lubrication or overload.

Replacement standard:

If the bearing clearance increases to more than 2 times the initial value, or obvious vibration or abnormal response occurs, it should be replaced immediately.
